The Tiffany Mills Company

Tiffany Mills has created over 21 multi-disciplinary works for her Company, which have been presented nationally and internationally. While at Alfred University, she conducted a lecture demonstration at the Miller Performing Arts Center to a wide variety of students, classes and community members.  In 2015, she and her company of five dancers performed five incredibly intricate dances amongst beds of rice in the Fosdick-Nelson Gallery in Chase Angier’s performance Installation As the Air Moves Back From You. http://fosdicknelson.alfred.edu/exhibits/1415/air-moves-back/

Mills collaborates with contemporary composers, designers, theater directors and filmmakers to build work as the Tiffany Mills Company. Mills is proud to have been selected to participate in the inaugural year of BAM’s Professional Development Program, culminating in a season at BAM Fisher. Other performance highlights: Danspace Project’s City/Dans, Baryshnikov Arts Center, Guggenheim Museum Works & Process, Lincoln Center Out-of-Doors, PICA’s TBA Festival (Oregon), Wexner Center for the Arts (Ohio), and in Mexico, Canada, Italy and Russia. Recent residencies: Tisch Summer Dance Festival, CUNY Dance Initiative, Baryshnikov Arts Center.
